Regulations in the Netherlands (herroepingsrecht) dictate that customers can return merchandise within 14 days from receiving purchased merchandise. We are very confident our customers know what they are looking for and that they will be happy with our products. Nonetheless we offer all EU customers the same conditions for sale, which means you have 14 days to change your mind and return the merchandise. After receiving all of the merchandise back in a condition described below, a full refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise back from the customer.
A refund will only be made when the goods are in functioning, unused and undamaged condition. Signs of wear and tear or damage to the merchandise voids this opportunity to have the purchase undone.
In case a customer decides to ship back his/her purchase, costs for shipping back the merchandise to Qmaster Europe will be for the customer.
Value Added Tax (VAT/BTW)
Value Added Tax (or BTW in the Netherlands) calculated during the payment process, will be paid in the Netherlands. Please let us know if you run a company and are going to resell the merchandise. In that case different tax rules are applicable.
Our controllers and power transformers are covered by a 2 year warranty, probes and fans are covered for 6 months. This warranty is only applicable when equipment malfunction is caused by faulty manufacturing or for defects that were not caused by customer handling or those that are a result of weather conditions. Most warranty claims we have seen were for equipment damaged by improper usage like pulling probes out by the cable, tripping over fan-wires or leaving equipment outside when not in use or in rain.
Weather and usage
Even though the equipment is meant to be used outside, it is not waterproof and care should be taken to shield equipment from adverse weather conditions like rain, snow or other forms of precipitation and other forms of moisture. Also, leaving the equipment outside unattended when not in use may result in condensation forming inside the equipment possibly leading to malfunction. This kind of malfunctioning as well as by uncareful usage (i.e. Dropping on the ground or broken connectors) is excluded from warranty.
Each case will be judged individually by Qmaster Europe to see if warranty is applicable or not. Depending on the findings, Qmaster Europe will either replace the defective part or make a proposal for getting the part to work again. This may involve having the part repaired. Prior to such action, contact will be made with the customer to coordinate such activities and announce possible costs resulting from repair or replacement of equipment.
It is Qmaster Europe’s intention and desire to keep customers happy and we will therefore always try our best to come to an acceptable and reasonable solution.

If shipping your part back to us is required, shipping cost will be for the customer. When your (repaired or replaced) part is shipped back to you, Qmaster Europe will then pay for shipping the part back to the customer.
